Anxiety is often such a silent struggle.
Throughout the past week, I’ve had to work through some pretty tough anxiety. It’s a very physical experience for me. Panic attacks make me have a fight or flight response. I can feel nauseous with worry, my heart will race or skip beats, or I may even break out in hives. I’ve faced all of that. A short run with a little PiYo practice, all in sunny beautiful weather today, helped. Sharing with you all helps too.
